Arden House
2026
sqm 145 m²
The space is designed as an open-plan layout where the living and dining areas flow seamlessly together, defined by clean lines and natural materials. Travertine stone, light oak wood, neutral textiles, and matte black accents create a warm and minimalist atmosphere.
Large windows bring abundant natural light into the space and establish a strong visual connection with the surrounding landscape. Overall, the design reflects a contemporary and refined approach focused on materiality, clarity, and spatial balance.
A travertine fireplace acts as the central architectural focal point, complemented by a linear bioethanol flame that adds warmth and subtle movement. The dining area is defined by a round black table with a fluted base, surrounded by solid wood chairs with woven seats, highlighting craftsmanship and texture.
The bedroom continues the open and minimalist language of the main living space. The design maintains a cohesive material palette of soft neutrals, light oak wood, and subtle black accents, creating visual continuity throughout the interior. Clean lines, integrated storage, and carefully selected textures enhance the sense of calm and balance.
The entire space reflects a contemporary and harmonious design approach, where material consistency, natural light, and architectural clarity work together to create a refined and timeless living environment.
